Gut-Loving Gummies

If you’re craving a sweet candy-like treat but also want the powerful benefits of gelatin to heal your leaky gut and support happy joints, this one’s for you! These gummies are SO simple and can be customized with many different flavor combinations - experiment with different fruit juices to find what you like best!

INGREDIENTS:

• 1/4 c grassfed beef gelatin

• 1 c tart cherry juice

• 1 Tbl raw honey

• 1/2 tsp ashwaganda powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Pour half of the cherry juice into a bowl and add the gelatin; allow to bloom/absorb for 5-10 minutes. While the gelatin is setting, heat the other 1/2 c of juice on the stovetop over medium heat until warmed through. Add the gelatin mixture and stir until fully dissolved then remove from heat and spoon into molds (you can also use a pan and slice the gummies after they cool!). Allow to set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and enjoy! 🌸
