Get Spooky (Sans-Alcohol)

It’s Halloween weekend, and everyone’s ready to party! If you’re experimenting with low/no-alcohol during this season, it can be tricky when you’re surrounded by treats (sorry, I had to). Here are some of my go-to fall mocktails that not only are delicious, but actually have health benefits! Whether you alternate these with shots of tequila or enjoy a dry spooky season, the choice is yours! 💃

Berry Good Spritz (serves 1)

This spritz is packed with hydrating electrolytes and body-loving phytonutrients and vitamins!

  • 8-10 berries of choice (blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup coconut water

  • 2 oz pomegranate or cranberry juice

  • garnish with extra berries

Muddle the berries and maple syrup in a glass, then add crushed ice. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Top with sparkling water if desired.

Bitter Blood Orange (serves 2)

Herbal bitters are renowned for their ability to aid digestion and slow blood sugar spikes, plus they keep this drink from being overly sweet!

Squeeze the blood orange juice into a cocktail shaker. Add the honey and vanilla extract, and shake with ice. Pour evenly into two ice-filled glasses. Top with lime sparkling water and a slice of blood orange on top.

Yin & Yang (serves 1)

This mocktail features adaptogens known to support reproductive health and calm the nervous system- so sip this to keep the spooks at bay!

Mix and serve over a large ice cube.
